Instructions for Use – Moist Heat Therapy:
- Ensure the microwave is completely clean before heating to avoid damage.
- Place the moist heat pack on a glass or microwave-safe plate for 40 seconds.

- If needed to fit in the microwave, fold the pack loosely.
- Halfway through the heating cycle, reverse the fold.
- Continue heating for the remaining time.
- Remove the product from the microwave and perform a touch test.
- For additional heat, microwave for 15 seconds (repeat if necessary).
- To reheat a recently used pack, reduce the initial heating time by half.
