Instructions for Use – Moist Heat Therapy – Neck & Shoulders:

  1. Ensure a clean microwave to avoid damaging the therapy wrap.
  2. Microwave the moist heat pack on a glass or microwave-safe plate for 40 seconds.
  3. If necessary to fold, do so loosely, reversing the fold halfway through the heating cycle.
  4. Perform a touch test after removal. Reheat as needed but avoid exceeding 2 minutes in total heating time.

Instructions for Use – Cold Therapy – Neck & Shoulders:

  1. Place the therapy wrap in a freezer-safe bag and freeze overnight.
  2. Remove from the freezer bag and apply to the affected area for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Return the therapy wrap to the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours before reuse.

Cleaning and Care Instructions:

  • Wash the moist heat pack if exposed to creams, oils, grease, or food, waiting at least 3 hours.
