Let me tell you a bit about myself. Since I graduated from medical college, most people call me Dr Khadija officially. My main passion has been and continues to be teaching people health-related topics, including health and fitness, manual medicine, and alternative medicine. One of my greatest joys is delving into intricate health issues and simplifying them in a way that’s easily digestible for anyone. I take pleasure in linking symptoms to their underlying causes and making those connections crystal clear.
In my 7 years of practice as a physiotherapist, I had the opportunity to work with over 20,000 people who felt unwell for no medical reason. My patients have included gerontologists, women of all ages, students, medical doctors, actors, professors, engineers, as well as stay-at-home moms, and high school students. People from all walks of life visited me.
Let me tell you about my latest obsession! I’ve always had a passion for teaching, but this year I decided to take it to the next level and start creating YouTube videos about health and wellness. I’m on a mission to empower people to take control of their own health and live their best lives. And let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride! I spend most of my days hunched over my computer, buried in medical textbooks and research papers. And yes, I’ll admit it, all that screen time has finally caught up with me, and I now have to wear glasses. But you know what? I don’t mind one bit because I am so passionate about this topic. I love digging deep to find the root causes of diseases and sharing that knowledge with others. It’s like a puzzle that I just can’t put down. And when I’m not making videos, I’m creating courses or writing articles about all things health and wellness. I can’t get enough of this stuff!
My recent area of interest is alternative medicine, including medical and chiropractic care, dry needling, acupuncture, etc. Alternative medicine can help increase their motivation level.
